i was describing to Ho tht nite. an organisation functions like a human body. nothing works out too long if the left hand is paralyzed, the right hand is overworked; the legs are walking too slow and yet wanna kaypo wat the hands are doing. the head is aching and heavy, the tired body stil need to take care of every other areas, trying to puull everything together.

if only we play our just part well as a son/daughter, sibling, a teamplayer, a leader, a friend, a helpful stranger. wouldnt all things be bright and beautiful? is it too much to ask?
