took afternoon leave again yest. i just like the feeling of doing shopping when everyone else is working; enjoy afternoon tea when everyone else is rushing for appointments.

aft lunch and coffee, ami and i decided to walk down purvis street. told her there's some resturants there, so the group can go there nex time for a change.

Lee Guitar

am home early today, so got lots of spare time to blog :>



thrilled when i first knw Lee Guitar concert, but contemplated if i shd go. after my 4th guitar class, after hearing numerous TV & radio ads, and after reading ashin's blog. i decided to get my tix!

my weekend

Hue mama was cruving for JB food, and it's been a whle since we hv nite movies at citysquare, so the usual few of us cross the bridge on sat afternoon to wong's humble hut.


and as SaL wld always do, making herself reali busy, she arranged to meet apr on sunday afternoon to catch the last of singapore biennale 2008. it's interesting, though some reali a little too abstract for us.



now SaL need to design our own CowTee, and put together a lunch and dinner for sat.. oh, and reali looking fwd to the hokkien KTV session nex sat with the TBL sisters! wahahaa..

my colleagues knw i hv bad messaging experience with LG Shine. I bought it for it's hot pink case. but yet again, i'm found guilty with LG Ice-Cream phone. with it's looks again.





but this time around, i'm satisfied. besides being a flip-fone fan, i'm also very pleased with the very user-friendly menu and functions. i can also customised everything for mySaL! (LG Shine cant.. tt's y i'm so deprived) all is nice for a basic user like me, except for for the camera, which doesnt take very good close-up pix. but tht's fine, cant hv everything in a cheap fone :)

asked Von to chk for me, she came back to say the re-sale price for Shine is only worth $70 now! Gosh. I bought it at $450, and it's less than a yr leh! suan le, suan le. pray tht i can stick with this ice-cream, like forever, till the sea dry rock rot.

We had our dinner at the food court, and while waiting for the 2 boys to join us, Apr then took out a red paper envelope. it look like one of those which contain shopping vouchers. ordinary.

she said her boss bought this for her fr Japan. i look down at it - it's with a print-on leather look, like a seasoned wallet. i flip open. the paper money looks totally like some marketing gimmick to me, until i saw the man on the money...

My Gosh. I've been "..tooo laaaaate~" in office. and it's haunting my nite too. folks, hopefully by end of next week:

No, i'm not done with HortPark yet. I love the colors of the nature. and with the good bright natural sun, anything comes out well on the camera.



And some back track - i dont think i've blog abt this tee-shirt creation thing. The Gossipers wanted to do a 'create-ur-own-tee' thing on National Day, so we all got something to wear together on Xmas this yr. So, well, we did. The theme was "BLink BLink x'mas". It's supposed to be Blink, but apparently some contestants obviously didnt get it. Here's some of the items:



i only got one vote. some judges said the chain was too thin. And mths after the session, i thot i found THE BLink BLink tee!



oh man! nice hor? but stil, i think mine is not too bad also la hor?! haa..

The Southern Ridges

wah. my sis went to Taiwan yesterday afternoon. i have the whole room to myself for 1.5 days by now. and i'd like to declare - i'm totally bored and lonely!

it's not the same when u come home and find no one to talk to, to share how's ur day's been. i tok to my mama too, but still, Mei, i missed you! and i need to bite the lonely bullet for another 7 days. argh!

some of the cows met on fri and we discuss going to Mt Faber for a walk, just to do something healthy on a sunday morning. so we there we were, finishing the whole trail of Southern Ridges!

We took a bus up Mt Faber and started there, we finish the whole thing in less than 2hrs. We say we are not going to hv prata for lunch this time. but we went marche! haha.. we made conscious efforts to share food and eat light.

I'm stil stuck with my guitar. I'm really looking fwd to be able to play the tunes correctly.

and lastly.. xmas is coming. :)
